Managing teams of self-perform Wind Installation crews
Tracking and controlling of costs and schedule of the project at the field level
Responsible for overall safety of personnel within the scope of work
Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the field in a timely manner
Providing regular coaching and feedback to Assistant Superintendents and Forepersons
5+ years’ experience supervising self-perform construction crews
Ability to independently resolve and escalate issues when needed
Progressive view on both safety practices and program implementation
Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test
Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)
Experience with various Wind Turbine brands/manufacturers
Knowledge of Standard Word Instructions (SWI’s), and controlling/implementing sitewide quality programs effectiveness
Track record of training and orienting employees new to the industry
Four-year degree in a construction related field
