Residential Solar
The Sales Support Manager has a leadership role focused on pre-sale action that affects post-sale processes and operations. This person oversees the Sales Support team whose main priority is front lining pre-sale inquiries as well as proposals. This is a fast-paced department and requires a high sense of urgency with the accuracy to match. This role provides, organizes and implements a process for a well-functioning team and strives for high performance. The process should create a steady flow of projects in the Operations pipeline and should avoid all possible support issues. The Sales Support Manager role will have a great understanding of finance, construction, system details and the solar industry.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for keeping tools and platforms up to date with changes regarding contracts, policies, utility rate and/or incentive changes, finance rate changes, dealer fee changes, etc
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience in solar sales and process, construction, design, or an engineering-related industry is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, administrative, time management, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
