- Digital Strategy Development & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Oversee the measurement and analysis of digital marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).
- HubSpot Expertise: Manage and optimize inbound marketing efforts within HubSpot, including lead nurturing, email campaigns, workflow automation, and CRM management. Ensure alignment with sales teams to drive conversion from leads to customers.
- Google Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and continuously optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Set up proper tracking and reporting to measure ad effectiveness (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- Website Design & User Experience: Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure the website is optimized for user experience, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Regularly update and enhance website content to support marketing goals.
- Collaboration: Foster cross-department collaboration with sales, design, and product teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing tools to stay ahead of the curve and implement innovative strategies.
Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend allocation across channels and maximizing ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in HubSpot (certifications preferred).
- Proven experience with Google Advertising (certified in Google Ads is a plus).
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience in website design and optimization for performance (knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
