We are looking for passionate Energy Consultants who are dedicated to the benefits of solar energy and eager to help expand our reach across various markets. In this role, you will manage appointments that have been scheduled for you, overseeing each one from assessment to fulfillment. This is an opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients, helping them save money while making a positive impact on the environment.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain solar energy options to clients and address any concerns
- Customer-Focused: Passion for helping clients understand how solar can benefit them and the environment
- Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Organizational Skills: Capability to manage appointments, follow-ups, and client records efficiently
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with computer systems / software / scheduling tools
- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet personal goals
- Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to different client needs, market conditions, and changes in technology
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation
Experience:
- No experience required. Training will be provided.
- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is a plus
