We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and efficient scheduling of solar service requests. The ideal candidate will have experience in the solar industry, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while handling client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
In this role, you'll get to:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of inquiries
Review, process, and log incoming service requests in CRM and client portal
Review and process incoming job requests, approving or declining based on established criteria and maintaining accurate records
Analyze job survey data to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with project requirements
Monitor and update scheduling statuses in client portals, ensuring real-time accuracy and tracking of job progress
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring teams and materials are available to meet project deadlines
Maintain accurate records of job statuses, team assignments, and material availability within internal systems
Compile and report findings from completed projects, updating client portals with accurate and timely information
Support field teams by ensuring they have the necessary resources, documentation, and information
Lead and facilitate weekly client meetings, providing updates and addressing any concerns
Provide timely and professional responses to clients via email, phone, and chat
Maintain communication with homeowners to ensure a smooth and satisfactory service experience
De-escalate challenging customer situations with professionalism and efficiency
Process and track client payments, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of payment-related issues
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving client concerns using system tools and internal resources
Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall project and team success
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
Experience in the solar industry is required
Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to de-escalate difficult customer situations
Experience handling client payments and ensuring timely financial transactions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems, scheduling software, and client portals
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze job data for discrepancies
Experience in coordinating technicians and managing job schedules
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
