Position Overview: We are seeking a Developer to design, build, and maintain business systems that support various company processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning new technologies and comfortable working across multiple platforms and frameworks. We also highly value the ability to balance technical excellence with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, design, and develop new features across business systems.
- Collaborate with team members to implement practical solutions that advance business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Work autonomously while maintaining effective team communication.
- Integrate business systems with external platforms or data warehouses.
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and technology selection.

Technical Requirements (Strong proficiency in one or more of the following):
- Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components)
- Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- REST APIs
- Google Cloud Platform
- Python / Streamlit
- SQL
- Snowflake/Snowpark
- AI/ML technologies
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience developing business systems solutions.
- Problem-solving mindset and analytical approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience with business process automation and optimization.
- Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
