Compensation
The salary for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
About the Role:
LS Power is seeking an Investor Relations (IR) Analyst or Associate to support its private investments business. The Analyst or Associate would be in a non-sales, project management role supporting investor materials, fundraising, social media, and more. This is an opportunity to join a highly visible and dynamic team, interacting with multiple parts of the organization at all levels. The successful candidate will have outstanding project management skills including writing, data management and analysis, research, creative design, and an extraordinary ability to continually manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will enjoy exercising both the technical and creative parts of their brain.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Craft compelling materials (pitchbooks, annual meeting materials, due diligence questionnaires, etc.) to target different audiences.
- Apply critical thinking skills to identify and source data and distill information effectively to communicate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand fashion.
- Collaborate closely with various teams throughout the organization including Accounting, Compliance, Energy Management, Human Resources, Investment Team, Legal, Operations, etc.
- Maintain the integrity of CRM systems, databases, and other platforms as well as improve their functionality.
- Coordinate conference appearances and meeting logistics.
- Maintain website (basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus).
- Develop content for social media such as Twitter/X, LinkedIn, website blogs, etc.
- Develop and track various data metrics and other support materials utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Assist with press releases and support materials for various business groups.
Qualifications

- Have 2-5 years (Analyst) experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (coursework in marketing, math, finance, accounting, communications/writing is highly desirable).
- Possess strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and have additional familiarity with Backstop, Intralinks, Loopio, Dealcloud, Canva, Vimeo, and WordPress.
- Have a background related to private equity, infrastructure, investment banking, or research with a focus on project management or client support roles.
