Overview:
Venture Solar is seeking entry-level Field Solar Consultants. Candidates should have a student mentality, a strong work ethic, and a great attitude. No experience is necessarily required as the solar industry is relatively new.

You will be responsible for:
- Professionally prospecting homeowners for interest in solar
- Qualifying roofs for solar projects
- Gathering the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar solution
- Set appointments with homeowners to answer any outstanding customer questions
- Confidently provide focused customer service
- Canvass neighborhoods and work around active installations
What you’ll bring:
- Prior sales or hospitality experience is a plus
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues
- Ability to work independently and remain productive
Compensation:
- $100/per day plus commission (OTE $75,000-$100,000 after commissions)
- Commission is based on homeowners simply meeting with Venture, not based on sales.
