We’re looking for a skilled Solar Installer to join our growing solar team. If you have hands-on experience with PV systems and a passion for clean energy, this is your opportunity to grow with a company that’s powering the future.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble and install rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems
- Load/unload materials and transport them to rooftops or job sites
- Perform minor electrical work and assist with structural upgrades
- Flash roof penetrations and install according to plan sets and code
- Guide and support Installer I team members
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Communicate with customers when needed to ensure satisfaction
- Travel and operate company vehicles as required
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months to 1 year of PV installation experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of PV systems, conduit installation, and building codes
- Ability to read plan sets and follow written/verbal instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working at heights and lifting 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Keep or regain the body's balance or stay upright when in an unstable position
- React quickly using hands, fingers, or feet
- While looking forward, see objects or movements that are off to the side
- Lift 50+ pounds
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.) If required to travel, must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
