About The Role
We’re looking for an Associate Interconnection Engineer to join our team.
The Associate Interconnection Engineer will play a supportive role in the interconnection process for solar and energy storage projects. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to build experience in renewable energy, utility interconnections, and power systems.

Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of interconnection applications.
- Support negotiations with utilities on interconnection requirements, costs, and timelines.
- Help manage and maintain utility customer portal systems.
- Assist in reviewing and drafting one-line diagrams and site plans.
- Conduct research on utility infrastructure, tariffs, and interconnection policies.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Internship experience in interconnection, utility coordination, or renewable energy, preferred
