Description
In this role you would assist the Post-Installation Experience Manager in building out solar monitoring accounts for customers and scheduling appointments for the Post Install Experience team. This is done on the computer using pictures from the solar install. If you are good with computers and tech you will pick this up quickly. You would also be taught to identify any issues that come up and create tickets/action items to get them resolved. Additionally, you would assist in scheduled for Post install appointments. There is a list of customers waiting to be scheduled that you will call to get them on the schedule with the PIE (Post Install Experience) team.
You will be working in a team environment with room for upward growth.
Requirements
- Having solid computer skills is a must
- Solar Experience isn't necessary, but be ready to learn
- Customer Service Skills and the ability to be professional on the phone
- Availability 8AM-4PM Monday-Friday
