Job Overview:
Primoris Renewable Energy is searching for a qualified Union Payroll Administrator to join our team. This position will be located on-site at one of our solar construction projects in Jonesville, Michigan. The Union Payroll Administrator will perform various accounting and clerical tasks such as filing, typing, verifying mathematical accuracy, assigning distribution codes, balancing, and other assigned duties.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process weekly payroll for large volume of employees.
- Review and calculate payments.
- Assist with entering time.
- Enter PTO, Per Diem, retro pay, late time, and pay adjustments.
- Complete verifications of employment from creditors.
- Scan and index payroll documents into pVault.
- Maintain historical records by scanning and filing documents.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Other special and/or month-end projects may be assigned by the Payroll Manager.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-3 years administrative experience, preferably in Union Payroll.
- Experience with B2W and Viewpoint is a plus.
- Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative.
- Must have high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work an early start time on Monday - 5:00 or 6:00 AM.

Pay Equity:
$48,000 - $59,000 per year

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
