We are seeking a dedicated and reliable DOT Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations and picking orders. The ideal candidate will possess DOT experience with a 26 foot box truck along with forklift, warehouse, and inventory experience.
The hours are 7am to 4:30pm - Monday through Friday.

Essential Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) certification.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting and carrying materials up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various positions.
- Experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and inventory management.
- Forklift operation experience is required, minimum of 2 years .
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and quality assurance abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarization with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure effective interaction with team members and management.
- A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and other applicable assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving a box truck to deliver materials in a safe and timely manner.
- Preparing and documenting inventory for both new drives and ongoing projects.
- Assisting in picking and packing materials for solar installation teams.
- Receiving incoming materials and maintaining quality controls and inspections.
- Managing stock levels within the warehouse and coordinating reordering processes.
- Ensuring proper labeling and tracking of pallets and materials.
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness within the warehouse and outdoor areas.
- Supporting installers with timely deliveries of materials to site.
- Performing regular vehicle maintenance checks and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.
