Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly
Description

As an Applications Processor, you’ll be an essential part of our operations team, preparing and managing permit, utility, and state application packages that keep our solar projects on track. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit permit, utility, and state application packages.
- Gather and compile all required information to ensure complete applications.
- Track progress and maintain accurate records in the company database.
- Review, process, and distribute important documents and correspondence.
- Perform administrative tasks including answering calls, scanning, copying, emailing, and filing.
- Coordinate shipments and manage incoming/outgoing documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with municipalities, utilities, and other organizations.
- Occasionally handle permit running as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of office experience (permitting or solar industry experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Notary Public license a plus (or willingness to obtain).
