Job Description
Summary of Role:
The role will be responsible for supporting Global payroll processing and reporting for the Operations and Maintenance business, in coordination with third-party payroll outsource providers. Payroll processing support duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings and company deductions. Payroll reporting duties include, but are not limited to, preparing statistical reports on team member pay, commissions and bonuses, vacation, sick pay, disability and workers compensation leave, and taxes and withholdings.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review the computation of pay and ensure the company payroll policies are in accordance with the government regulations.
- Review, approve and analyze payroll calculations and deductions from third-party providers; identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and escalate to leadership when necessary.
- Proactively maintain employee records including, but not limited to current employee database, salary/wage data, stipends, mandatory deductions and supporting documents for audits.
- Document and maintain payroll processing.
- Prepare, audit and reconcile payroll reports, accounts, and year-end activities including final adjustment run to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and audit periodic payroll reporting including team member pay, commissions and bonuses, vacation, sick pay, and taxes and withholdings
- Prepare ad hoc payroll reporting at the request of Operations and Maintenance leadership.
- Support audits, special projects, and payroll tool implementations.
- Review and maintain records of employee, Quarterly, State, and Annual Tax Forms.
- Conduct Payroll Tool Orientation during onboarding.
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding wages, and tax related questions in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
- Background in handling international payroll and different payroll software
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate, and confident
- Drives results and is solution oriented.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity with a high degree of professionalism in all aspects of job responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to proactively handle issues.

• This is an FTE position
• Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines
• Applicants must be willing to work on a night shift schedule supporting the North American region
• Applicants must be willing to render overtime as business requires
• Tool of Trade: Laptop/Desktop, Extended Monitor, Headset (as needed)
