Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance. We are a licensed C-10 contractor and operate construction crews in various areas of CA and soon the rest of the U.S.
The Job Overview
This is an entry level role. We are on the lookout for highly motivated individuals with a background in sales or customer service, coupled with excellent communication skills. As a Client Relationship Associate, your primary responsibility will be to communicate updates and expectations to clients. Collaborating closely with sales and engineering teams, you will play a key role in tracking project completion and being the primary point of contact with our clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Identify client needs and provide solutions.
- Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Track client trends and report to management.
- Proactively provide regular status updates on client accounts.
- Respond to client inquiries, and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with clients.
- Advocate on behalf of the client to ensure satisfactory coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
- 1-3 years experience in client service, sales, or a related field
- Demonstrates a keen business acumen, proficient in prioritization, and makes informed judgment calls when necessary
- Dedicated to achieving excellence - consistently performs duties at the highest level.
- Strong written and verbal communication, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient engaging effectively with individuals at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Shows professional and suitable demeanor when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborative and works effectively within a team environment.
- Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable reporting and presenting information.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
