Position Summary
Recurrent Energy is currently undergoing an internal HR process transformation and Workday implementation across different regions. We have partnered with Workday Professional Services (US) to implement Workday for our North America region following the Launch express methodology, and will continue to rollout to other regions while adding other new functional areas.
As HRIS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of people initiatives by supporting the company’s Human Resources systems for employee data, new hire processes, onboarding, applicant tracking, compensation, benefits and employee self-service. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and use of the Human Resources Information System (Workday), ensuring adequate controls for the proper safeguarding of confidential data, ensuring the integrity of accurate employee information, and for providing information, training, and technical support to system users. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Assist with delivery of functionality for HRIS and related HR systems.
- Support maintenance and accuracy of Human Resource Information System records, reporting and workflows.
- Create training materials, process documentation and user guides where appropriate.
- Monitor HR and end user needs and provide guidance on HR systems usage.
- Assist with audits to support data integrity within HR systems.
- Participate in determination of organizational needs for HRIS including implementation, upgrades, new product research, and process improvement.
- Partner with HR team, internal departments and/or vendors to troubleshoot system issues.
- Track issue log for resolution and analysis of trends.
- Develop efficient, effective and user-friendly processes regarding HR systems functions.
- Design automated reports for delivery to HR team and end users.
- Assist department in carrying out various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years Human Resources experience.
- Work experience as an HR coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) software required, Workday preferred.
- Multi-task and prioritize work with competing deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service & results oriented.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Understanding of process flow models.
- Requires knowledge of MS Office and understanding of HR software systems.
- Demonstrated success working within a fast-paced environment.
- People acumen: emotional intelligence; experience in conflict management and problem solving.
