Customer Experience Intern
This position will expose you to the exciting industry of solar product manufacturing and how we help empower Solar installers. You will collaborate with numerous departments within Unirac including Sales, Product Development, Product Management, Finance, Operations and Engineering. You will learn about the different market and customer segments and the many career paths where you could thrive. You will have the opportunity to learn about our products and services while getting introduced to channel partners and end users. Responsibilities
General Focus

Participate in daily, weekly meetings and/or training to ensure KPI’s met

Help prepare recommendations / presentations based on company need

Orchestrate data collection such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires

Take lead with programs order fulfillment execution
Marketing

Translate complex research into digestible content

Create new Sales lead inputs in Salesforce (CRM)

Analyze data to identify customer trends

Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction

Work cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities

Track, pack and ship program collateral
