Regional Sales Manager in Training

We’re seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager in Training to join our Connecticut team! This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and sales acumen while making a significant impact in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector.
Solar is expected to grow 400% in the next 2 years, so now is the time to join our high performing sales team as we focus on continuing to grow our business
Responsibilities

Conduct in-home and over-the-phone sales to warm prospects and pursue multiple outbound marketing initiatives that include canvassing, events, referrals and personal marketing to source new solar clients

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Sales management experience required
-
2+ years’ work experience in In-Home Sales

Lead generation via personal networking

Must be flexible working weekend and evening appointments

Must be able to self-generate leads

Inside & Outside sales position will involve travel to client’s homes

Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest

Problem solving skills

Articulate with excellent communication skills

Able to analyze and be technically sound with numbers and technology

High energy, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service skills

Must be computer proficient (+CRM tool preferred)

Must have access to reliable transportation

Bilingual abilities are a plus
WHAT WE OFFER

Base plus uncapped competitive commission

Pay range: $80,000 - $200,000 with top reps exceeding $300K
