About the Role:

As a Fleet Performance Engineer at our Solar Energy Services Company in New Jersey, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal system performance output of our solar portfolio. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns, and then using this information to develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and profitability of our operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in fleet management, or
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to fleet management
Experience with fleet management software
Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies

Responsibilities:

Analyze fleet performance data to identify trends and patterns
Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal fleet performance
Provide regular reports on fleet performance to management
