We are looking to add Inside Sales Representatives to our growing team in Cahokia, IL! We encourage individuals who have an interest in renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices to apply!

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our solar products and services
- Conduct virtual consolations to understand customer needs and propose customized solar solutions
- Must attain and maintain 1 close per week.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the solar industry to provide accurate and relevant advice to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective and individual sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively in a remote setting
- Basic technical knowledge of solar systems and products (training will be provided)
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work
- Candidates must successfully pass initial interview focusing on their sales acumen, motivation, and understanding of the solar industry
- Sales/Direct Sales experience
