We are seeking a skilled and dependable Roofing Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing minor roof repairs, conducting inspections, and collaborating with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure quality service delivery. The position involves light travel, requires driving company vehicles to various locations, and necessitates a professional, customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
- Perform minor roof repairs, maintenance, and inspections on residential and commercial properties.
- Travel to job sites using company vehicles to assess, diagnose, and address roofing issues.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and clients to coordinate roofing services and repairs.
- Ensure all work adheres to company standards and industry regulations for safety and quality.
- Accurately document repair work, inspections, and interactions with clients for reporting purposes.
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in roofing, construction, or a related field.
- Familiarity with various roofing materials and repair techniques.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for operating company vehicles).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Physical ability to climb, lift, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
