POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director, Digital Solutions will play a pivotal role in defining, implementing, and driving the adoption of a new project management platform. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), this role will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic technical partnerships with Hanwha affiliates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system integration, digital transformation, and technology solutions. They will ensure that integration interfaces are compatible, scalable, secure, and high-performing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new project management platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and configure the platform to meet the needs of various stakeholders and business needs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or challenges that arise during the implementation process.
- Oversee the integration of the project management platform with existing systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training program to ensure all users are proficient in utilizing the new platform.
- Monitor the performance and adoption of the platform, adjusting as necessary to optimize its effectiveness.
- Allocate resources, manage budgets, and mitigate risks associated with the implementation project.
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and plans.
- Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading the implementation of project management platforms or similar enterprise software solutions.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Expertise in software architecture and design, with experience in cloud-based solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring and customizing project management tools.
- Familiarity with API development and integration.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience of managing projects using agile tool like JIRA, SLACK, Confluence, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify and explain complex concepts.
- Adaptability to navigate rapidly changing technologies and organizational needs.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Korean to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders and team members.
Preferred Qualifications- Master’s or PhD in a related field.
- Experience with specific project management platforms
- Proficiency in secure coding practices and compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in project management.
