In this role, you'll play a critical part in bringing solar energy systems to life—helping homeowners and businesses reduce their energy bills and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops or other structures in accordance with design schematics, local building codes, and safety standards.
- Ensure proper system layout, orientation, and alignment for maximum efficiency and compliance.
- Assess job site conditions for safety hazards and structural integrity before and during installation.
- Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to resolve installation challenges and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation including photos, site layouts, and installation details; submit all paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of experience in electrical work, roofing, or solar installation preferred (but not required).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using power tools, hand tools, and basic electrical testing equipment.
- Ability to work at heights for extended periods, including climbing ladders, working on roofs, and navigating uneven surfaces.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality craftsmanship.
- Dependable work ethic and punctuality are a must.
- Must have access to reliable transportation to travel to job sites or company office, as required.
