Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Branch Support Specialist to provide comprehensive training, oversight, and operational support to all branch personnel, including Branch Managers, Schedulers, Permitters, and Post Install Coordinators. This role requires someone with previous management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure operational consistency, efficiency, and alignment with company standards across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train, monitor, and support all branch personnel across the organization, including Branch Managers, Schedulers, Permitters, and Post Install Coordinators.
- Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and relay updated information clearly and promptly.
- Facilitate training and support via Google Meet, chat, email, and phone calls.
- Remain accessible for impromptu support needs and inquiries from branch staff.
- Develop and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect evolving processes and best practices.
- Serve as a temporary substitute for key branch roles in the event of staff absence.
- Monitor credit expirations as they relate to the funding process.
- Track and manage New & Scheduled PIE (Post-Install Evaluation) appointments.
- Conduct weekly meetings with PIE Managers, Branch Managers, Schedulers, Permitters, Post Install Coordinators, and the Support Team.
- Provide performance and progress reports to Branch Managers, addressing workplace challenges, personnel concerns, and workflow improvement opportunities.

Auditing & Quality Control:
- Conduct routine audits in the following areas to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service:
- Post Install buckets
- Funding, inspections, meters, and PIE scheduling
- Failed inspections and tracking spreadsheets
- PIE-related issues and complaints, including complaint documentation
- Use audit findings to recommend improvements that streamline operations and enhance branch effectiveness.
