About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Facility Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our facilities. This role requires a proactive person with a strong background in facilities management, vendor coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and hands-on expertise to ensure our workspaces are safe, functional, and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Manage day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and space planning.
- Coordinate and supervise external vendors and service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
- Track and report on facility-related budgets, expenses, and KPIs.
- Lead or support facility-related projects such as renovations, relocations, or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related emergencies and after-hours issue
Qualifications
We want you on our team because you
- Have 5–10 years of experience in facilities coordination, building operations, or property management.
- Have proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Possess strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Are familiar with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Are proficient in facility management software preferred, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ideally you also have:
- Certifications in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing etc preferred, but not required.
