SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician III - Warehouse individual plays a crucial role in managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and equipment handling. This position requires proficiency in warehouse management systems, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will be motivated, self-starter, teamwork-oriented, dedicated, reliable and dependable. Knowledgeable, organized, able to establish and maintain professional relationships with vendors and distributors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned as needed)
- Adheres to, supports and complies with all company safety and environmental policies and practices. Ensures all employees, contractors and visitors conduct themselves safely and within company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Complete required annual safety training.
- Participate in job specific training both classroom and hands on training.
- Maintain and organize the warehouse, work area, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment.
- Perform accurate inventory cycle counts to monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Gather, prepare, and stage all materials and equipment required for assigned jobs.
- Track and account for all used parts and consumables signed out from the relief log.
- Successfully navigate and utilize the inventory system for tracking stock movement and availability.
- Create detailed reports on inventory adjustments, stock operations, and current inventory levels.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards while executing daily tasks.
- Conduct all work responsibilities in a safe manner and in strict compliance with Federal, State laws, and company regulations.
- Trains to improve personal skills related to the job and/or required advancement.
- Ability to travel.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software and warehouse systems, including Microsoft applications.
- Computer experience required - experience with "All Orders" inventory system highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and interpret documents from simple and/or complex instructions.
- Ability to communicate orally with other employees.
- Ability to follow instructions and follow directions from team members.
- Ability to write routine correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Ability to read and interpret working from simple and/or complex instructions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others.
- Ability to write routine correspondence.
REASONING ABILITY & DECISION-MAKING SKILLS
- Ability to provide, understand and complete written and verbal instructions and communication.
- Ability to solve problems and work independently and/or in a group setting.
- Ability to analyze Scada data.

- Possess a valid driver’s license for the state in which you are applying.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Lifting/lowering 25 to 40 lbs., lifting carrying up to 50 and up to 100 lbs. with assistance; pushing and pulling 45 to 60 lbs.; frequent reaching, squatting, crouching, standing, balance, manual dexterity, stooping, kneeling, walking and sitting.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The posted compensation is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This salary range may also be modified in the future, depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
