Description
SUMMARY
Responsible collecting data from various sources for multiple wind/solar/BESS projects. Analyze and format data. Convert data to daily and monthly reports for distribution to multiple personnel. Duties may also include filing, copying, assembly; communication with all levels of personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned as needed)
- Adheres to, supports and complies with all company safety and environmental policies and practices.
- Collect data from various sources for multiple assets and/or projects.
- Analyze data for correct downtime, run hours, and production to ensure accuracy of data.
- Work with O&M supervisor(s) to obtain accurate data when data is found to be inaccurate or corrupt.
- Produce and deliver data reports from the Scada System for daily and monthly reports across multiple projects as required by various intercompany departments such as accounting, business management and other internal wind personnel as well as outside agencies as directed.
- Assist admin personnel with safety and special projects as needed.
- Provides clerical assistance including filing, copying, assembly and communication with all levels of personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE –
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 - 3 years administrative experience desired and/or combination of education and experience. Intermediate to advanced computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and database. Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets.
MICROSOFT OFFICE SKILLS –
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to use Pivot Tables. Ability to read and understand basic formulas. Willing to learn shortcuts and formulas.
LANGUAGE SKILLS -
Ability to read and interpret working from simple and/or complex instructions. Ability to effectively communicate with others.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS -
Ability to add, subtract and multiply. Ability to review and analyze data.
REASONING ABILITY -
Ability to provide, understand and complete written and verbal instructions and communication. Ability to problem solve and work independently and/or in a group setting. Ability to analyze Scada data.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS -
- Valid CA Driver's License

The posted compensation is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This salary range may also be modified in the future, depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
