With our massive and growing customer base, many of whom have aging roofs, Purelight Power is well-positioned to deliver best-in-class solar panel removal and replacement services to facilitate roof upgrades when needed.

The Goal:
Purelight Power is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our Residential Roofing Division - a seasoned professional with a strong background in management, recruiting, and training. This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone ready to take the lead in launching and scaling our roofing division across the Pacific Northwest- primarily Oregon and Washington. The right candidate will be tasked with building and leading a team of 20 - 30 sales reps by August, and will work closely with and report directly to the founder and owner of the company.

- Recognized, Established Leader in Roofing Sales
- Consistently Exceeds Sales Targets
- Track Record of Closing High-Value Roofing Contracts
- Demonstrated Success in Residential & Commercial (optional) Roofing Sales
- High Conversion Rates
- Strong emotional IQ
Compensation:
Base salary of $80,000 and w/ bonuses, a realistic OTE of $200,000+ (1099 NSE)
