Description
Reporting directly to the Post Install Experience Manager, the Post Install Experience Representative is responsible for providing our clients with a world-class experience after installation. This is accomplished by meeting with customers to educate them on their new system and provide the utmost customer experience.
What You’ll Do: In-Home Appointments
- Meet with customers and educate the customer about their system
- Connect solar systems to the internet and provide the customer with their login information for the app
- Provide customer service for anything that arises
- Provide basic tech support for any tech issues that arise on the appointment
- Fly a drone to take photos of the installation
- Generate hype and excitement with the customer, they are the new owners of a solar system.
Administrative/Customer Relations
- Upload all information and complete subsequent work orders for appointments each day
- Communicate with the Post Installation Manager to identify trending issues
- Create tickets for things that need to be done by another team (ie customer service, tech support, etc)
- Upload documents and required media files for each appointment (within 24 hours of appointment)
- Maintain relationships with all clients and answer any questions that arise
Maintenance
- Take the company vehicle in for oil changes, inspections, and tires
- Perform online learnings for role updates, and learn how to fly a drone
- Weekly meeting with Post Installation Manager to track goals and continue growth

Requirements
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, public relations, or sales
- Prior experience in customer service or client relations
- A valid driver’s license/flexibility to drive company-owned vehicles
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail along with organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with teams and offices in multi-state locations
- Knowledge of Excel and Google Suite
- Prior experience flying a drone or photography is preferred, but not required
- Prior solar experience would be very helpful, but not required
