Description
- Complete Verifications of Employment (VOEs) in a timely and professional manner.
- Process employment changes including new hire onboarding, terminations, and employee updates (e.g., demographic and job-related changes).
- Assist with scheduled HR processes, including PTO anniversary adjustments and other routine updates.
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of the HRIS, ensuring employee records are current and compliant.
- Pull and format HR reports as needed for audits, internal reviews, and leadership requests.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Participate in cross-training within HR to build team versatility and provide departmental support.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and digital file management system.
- Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR or office environment.
- Familiarity and comfort with Apple/Mac products.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the HR field.
