Roles & Responsibilities
- Review project pipelines daily to determine upcoming site work and coordinate schedules with customers, inspectors, and internal teams.
- Provide professional, clear, and courteous communication to customers, answering questions and guiding them through the installation process.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation while updating customer records in Salesforce and other databases.
- Strive to achieve and exceed monthly installation goals by ensuring smooth scheduling and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address scheduling challenges, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects on track.
- Work to better understand and overcome customer objections, ensuring a positive customer experience and high satisfaction levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Professional and courteous communication via phone, email, and text messaging.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
- Prior customer service, coordination, or scheduling background is strongly preferred.
- Ability to think quickly, make informed decisions, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- A supportive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across departments to achieve shared goals.
- Commitment to accuracy, thoroughness, and consistent follow-through in documentation and communication.
