Description
We’re looking for a technically skilled Structural Coordinator who is motivated to grow within our organization. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, builds strong relationships across teams, and understands the importance of accuracy and timeliness in supporting our structural and engineering processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, engineering coordination, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and courteously via phone, email, and text.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with focus, organization, and a solutions-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and keen attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to shared goals.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
