Description
Join our growing team in the renewable energy sector as a Customer Service Representative (Project Concierge). In this role, you will guide homeowners through their solar journey, ensuring they receive exceptional support from project kickoff to system activation. As the customer’s main point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in creating a smooth, positive experience while helping drive the transition to clean, sustainable energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, guiding them throughout their solar installation process.
- Serve as the customer’s trusted point of contact, providing regular updates on project milestones and next steps.
- Monitor all active solar projects for accuracy, deadlines, and required documentation, ensuring timelines stay on track.
- Collaborate with sales representatives, operations, and permitting teams to collect and process necessary documents for solar installations.
- Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, providing clear explanations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize and adjust daily tasks using strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple active projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and text) with the ability to simplify complex information for customers.
- Experience in customer service, project coordination, or administrative support; renewable energy or construction industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, and document management tools; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns while maintaining professionalism.
- Detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
