The Treasury Reporting Administrator Position
Sunnova Energy is currently searching for a Treasury Reporting Administrator to be responsible for completing and overseeing reporting duties related to financing of solar loans, leases, and power purchase agreements. This role will support the Treasury Reporting team and be responsible for timely and accurate reporting deliverables to investors and various third parties. The Treasury Reporting Administrator will assist the team with prep work that is necessary for investor servicer reports while also providing backup coverage for servicer report submissions. This role will also be responsible for performing data extractions and clearing document exceptions on a regular basis.

Responsibilities- Serves as support to the Treasury Reporting team and will prepare monthly reporting deliverables such as reconciliations, data tapes, financial analysis files and internal reports to various parties.
- Assists with prep work related to investor servicer reports
- Performs document data extractions for contracts, amendments, work orders, etc.
- Clears document exceptions related to custodian reviews, funding packages, deal closings and routine audits
- Collaborates with various internal teams for data and monthly support files
- Assists with special projects as needed
- Performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements- Education required: BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field of study.
- Minimum years of experience required: 3-5 years in Finance or Investor Reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience at a consumer financial institution
- Previous experience in solar
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Ability to read and understand legal documents including credit agreements, indentures, and service agreements.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills; with the ability to perform complex multivariate analyses and then distill to simple, executable recommendations.
- Knowledge and capability to use the tools, processes, and best practices to support forecasts that drive business decisions and business planning.
- Eagerness to take ownership of responsibilities; proven ability to work under pressure, organize, manage and prioritize multiple deliverables.
- Aptitude to effectively communicate with peers, senior management and partners through both written and verbal methods.
- Team player that behaves ethically, with highest degree of integrity at all times.
