Administers and coordinates daily operations of the project site, under the supervision of Site Manager
Leader in cost control, quantity tracking, procurement, client satisfaction, and daily jobsite needs and work activities
Acts as lead supervisor in the training efforts of the Field Construction Coordinator job functions to ensure Blattner administrative processes are learned, developed, and demonstrated
Works with the team of Trade Superintendents to learn and understand multiple work disciplines
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)
Effective communication (oral, written, presentation), motivation, and supervisory skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio)
Ability to access job cost information from E1 system
Involved with and understands two (2) or more disciplines (grading, electrical, structures, or installation)
