Job Summary:
What you’ll be doing:
Managing and leading Electrical Service Managers across the Northeast and Midwest U.S. to meet KPIs and provide excellent service to our customers.
Taking responsibility for roof and electrical installations of our Timberline Solar product, as well as ancillary products such as energy storage and EV charging solutions.
Forecasting, recruiting, and hiring a capable team of leaders as well as supporting your direct reports in their hiring efforts.
Holding your team to GAF Energy’s levels of excellence across safety, quality, and efficiency.
Creating an inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and accountability.
Continually improving processes and programs in order to give our customers the best services available.
Listening to the needs of our sales team, managers, customers, and field employees and serving the larger team.
This is a regional, remote position based within PA, NJ, NY, CT, OH, MI, WI, or MN.
What the role requires:
Data-driven decision making.
Proven leadership in high-pressure environments, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from technicians to executives and customers.
Strong technical knowledge of residential energy systems and project execution in time-sensitive settings.
Skilled at obtaining stakeholder buy-in and making informed, effective decisions in complex situations.
Exceptional project and program management skills, with a solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges and ensuring successful outcomes.
What do we require from you?
Must reside within our Northeast and Midwest Service area in one of the following states: PA, NJ, NY, CT, OH, MI, WI, MN.
Extensive project management and operations process experience.
5+ years of leadership experience in construction, preferably in residential renewable energy.
The capability to teach, lead, and coach managers on best practices.
Experience developing and implementing standard processes to improve project execution.
Strong technical understanding of codes and requirements in residential construction.
Proficient in drafting scope of work documents, overseeing subcontractors, and managing project documentation.
Highly organized and accountable, with a proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both internal and external teams.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of work time as required.
Must possess a valid driver's license, preferably with a demonstrated record of safe driving.

Individuals hired for this position can reasonably expect a base salary within the range of $120,000 - $155,000.
