We offer an excellent opportunity for an Intern to join our growing Accounts Payable/Receivable team and learn from the best!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Intern to join our Accounts Receivable Team in one of today’s fastest growing industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts receivable operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position only.
Your key responsibilities and our ongoing training and support will ensure you gain a tremendous amount of knowledge:
- Support in data entry, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
- Perform general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Conduct research and provide support in financial analysis and reporting
- Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by the accounting team
- Compliance and Record Keeping
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Must be maintaining a minimum overall GPA of 3.2 with a minimum of 3.2 in their academic major.
- Basic knowledge of general accepted accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eagerness to learn and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a Part-time Winter Internship position during the academic school year. Estimated hours for the role will be 15-25. This role may lead to a Summer and Fall extension and will be eligible to work additional hours during the summer and holiday seasons.
Occasional additional hours may be required during peak periods such as month-end or year-end closing.
