Solar Pile Driver: PD10 / Gayk 1000/4000

Sunstall Inc. is a rapidly growing Solar Construction Company specializing in ground-mount solar installation with expertise in renewable energy project delivery, particularly solar farms. We support nationwide commercial solar projects. Sunstall Inc. is especially seeking an Equipment Operator with experience in operating PD10 pile driving machines and/or GAYK 1000/4000 piledriver.

We are looking for operators who support the QUALITY installation of Solar Photovoltaic arrays in a SAFE, POSITIVE, and EFFICIENT manner.

Job Description:

Main activities - RAM operator:

Operate pile driving machines in a safe and efficient manner according to all relevant operating instructions, policies, and procedures with emphasis on safe operation in tight spaces without causing damage.
Act as additional Quality Control check on pin placement and string height.
Support/execute field layout activities, as necessary.
Perform daily & weekly safety checks and maintenance activities.
Clean Ram equipment as scheduled and/or required.
Store Ram equipment safely and securely.
Ability to tow Ram and trailer.
Load Ram safely and securely for transport per the Ram loading checklist.
Practice workplace safety to minimize the risk of injury, property damage, or loss of life.
Maintain inventory of Ram tools and consumables and initiate re-supply actions to ensure no loss of operations.
As directed, provide training to develop additional pile drivers.
Direct the activities of assigned helpers.
Maintain project site cleanliness.

3-5 years experience preferred
