Description
Trinity Solar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Retention Specialist to support our Sales Success Team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing high volumes of inbound and outbound communication, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with key sales operations tasks. You’ll play an essential part in enhancing the overall customer experience, ensuring seamless coordination between our sales, operations, and local office teams.
This position requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask efficiently, and demonstrates a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of incoming calls and proactively place outgoing calls to support customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Evaluate and understand customer needs to provide effective, timely solutions that ensure high satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels, including phone, email, voicemail, and live chat.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of information provided to customers and internal teams.
- Manage daily reporting duties, including:
- Updating customer records and touchpoints
- Reviewing and following up on missing documentation
- Auditing new sales deals for accuracy
- Collaborate with internal departments to keep all stakeholders informed on project status, updates, and customer concerns.
- Adhere to established communication protocols, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist with special projects or departmental initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience (preferred in a sales or support environment)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a high level of attention to detail
