Job Summary:
What part will you play?
- The GAF Energy Financial Products team is seeking a highly motivated Lease Operations Program Manager to own, develop and drive lease operational processes and practices associated with the New Homes Enterprise Program.
- This role will report to the Director, Financial Products, and will work closely with leaders and cross-functional teams throughout the company and external partners.
- This position will focus on lease operational process implementation that touches various points of the lease lifecycle, and has significant growth potential as the company's needs mature.
- The ideal candidate is a highly detailed and task-oriented problem solver that enjoys working with a variety of people, and has a passion for process improvement, comfort working with others to determine informational needs and sources, and excellent communication skills.
What will you do?
- Collaborate and drive action across business units to execute on the various content areas of lease operations, including document generation, external lease partner readiness for new business, milestone submissions and the customer experience.
- Serve as a point of contact between GAF Energy and leasing partners.
- Develop, implement and document lease operations policies, procedures and processes and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Quantify the business impact of process improvement initiatives, as well as monitor pipeline activity, through dashboards, reports, and metrics.
- Train and support cross-departmental colleagues actioning tasks for lease operations.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
What do we require from you?
- • 3+ years demonstrated experience in operational efficiency and processes
• 2+ years of Salesforce CRM experience
• Direct experience with leases, solar, and New Homes preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
• Experience training stakeholders on technology tools and company processes.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external functional teams verbally, in writing, and via presentations.
• Attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and excellent time management skills.
• Strong problem solving skills and an aptitude for learning systems quickly.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and efficient.
• Comfortable working as a team player in a start-up environment where no job is too small.
• Occasional domestic travel may be required.
Individuals hired for this position can reasonably expect a base salary within the range of $90,000-$120,000 plus 10% bonus
