As the face of our company, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers who are passionate about renewable energy. Your role will involve ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed swiftly and accurately while promoting a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving customer complaints.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about our products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist in various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong empathy and the ability to connect with customers.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A genuine interest in sustainability and renewable energy is ideal.
