Solar Energy Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team! As a pivotal member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential customers interested in solar energy solutions from Inbound calls.
In this role, you will utilize your communication skills to help direct current and future customers to the sources they need.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer In-bound calls
- Engage prospects through In bound calls.
- Conduct initial conversations to educate prospects about SES's solar solutions and their benefits
- Set appointments for field or inside sales representatives with qualified leads
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads and prospects in CRM software
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage with potential customers and build rapport
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mentality
- Basic understanding of solar energy products and solutions is a plus. (We will train)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
