Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on HRIS integrations, documentation and support.
- Collaborate with Workday Integration consultants to support delivery, quality and stability of Workday integrations.
- Lead end-to-end integration testing alongside with Workday functional lead.
- Participation in knowledge transfer and the handover of integrations from Workday Professional Services.
- Work with IT, HR stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure effective development, testing and ongoing management of integrations.
- Monitor and support our Workday production integrations as an ongoing activity, resolving issues as they arise.
- Continuously work to improve and enhance the value of our Workday investment.
Knowledge & Abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years professional experience with Workday HCM integration development and/or maintenance, in a global internal setting or consultancy
- Knowledge of Workday data model, experience in Workday Integrations tools, APIs and development practices.
- Experience working with Workday functional areas is a plus
- Multi-task and prioritize work with competing deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Demonstrated success working within a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases, ETL tools, and web services, SOAP, REST, WDSL, XML, XSLT or XPATH.
- Able to communicate in a secondary language, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese.
Able to work collaboratively and flexibly across multiple time zones.
