Job Description
- Test mechanical and electrical components according to engineering requests
- Set up and operate product testing equipment (Universal Test Machine, Load Cells, Bonding Path Resistance equipment).
- Write test reports summarizing test results.
- Use job-specific fixtures and basic hand tools
- Work with engineers to plan testing
- Use precision measuring equipment
- Organize test area
- Ensure equipment calibration schedules are met

- Skills to work with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities
- Works well in a diverse team environment
- Strong electro/mechanical aptitude
- Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present issues and solutions
- Microsoft Excel and Word experience / MS Office proficient
- CAD experience a plus
- 2-year degree in mechanical technology/engineering technology preferred
- Product mechanical testing experience preferred
