What You’ll Do as a Solar Installer:
As a Solar Installer, you'll assist with all aspects of solar installations for homeowners and small business owners. Don’t worry if you don’t have prior solar experience – we’ll provide all the training you need! Plus, we’ll equip you with the tools and safety gear required to get the job done.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying temperatures.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and ladders.
- A reliable means of transportation to and from our corporate office.
- Basic email and tech skills (for daily communication).
- Construction or electrical experience (2+ years preferred).
- Roofing experience or a Class E license is a plus – but not required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, with overnight stays about 5% of the time.
