Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic Call Center Sales Manager to lead our team of appointment setters and drive Sun Solar’s growth from our Houston, MO location. This role combines team leadership with strategic insight, ensuring we maximize lead generation and optimize team performance. The ideal candidate is an experienced communicator and motivator, skilled at creating a positive, goal-oriented environment that fosters success, supports customer satisfaction, and aligns with Sun Solar’s commitment to excellence in renewable energy solutions.

Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000 annually

Commission: Uncapped earning potential, with the opportunity to earn $120,000+ per year based on performance

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of approx. 5 appointment setters, providing training, mentorship, and guidance to achieve targets and maintain high morale.

Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with company leadership to create and refine call strategies, sales initiatives, and appointment-setting techniques that maximize conversion rates and lead quality.

Script & Process Optimization: Develop tailored call scripts for various campaigns, ensuring alignment with Sun Solar’s goals and the success of lead-generation efforts.

Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, setting clear goals and maintaining accountability. Regularly review performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer service by training team members to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Recruitment & Training: Oversee staffing, recruiting, and onboarding to build a team aligned with Sun Solar’s standards. Lead training sessions to continually enhance skills.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with the broader sales team to align call center goals with company targets and enhance strategic initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze performance metrics, using data insights to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities. Prepare reports for upper management to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3years in a call center, telemarketing, or sales role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); proven team leadership and motivational skills; strategic, data-driven problem-solving abilities.
