About The Role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented EPC Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for engineering, procurement, and construction roles across the energy and industrial project sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent while partnering closely with hiring managers and project leaders.
As the EPC Recruiter, you will report to Solar Landscape’s Head of People and play a key role in supporting our growth objectives.
We are headquartered in Asbury Park, NJ. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for EPC roles including engineering, construction management, procurement, and project management, in addition to other types of roles as needed.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent through job boards, social media, headhunting, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the candidate experience.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future EPC project needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market conditions affecting EPC hiring.
- Participate in career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to build employer brand.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in EPC or heavy engineering industries.
- Solid understanding of technical roles in EPC projects.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-find roles.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance in engineering/construction sectors.
- Certifications in recruiting (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified, SHRM) are a plus.
